To schedule a test appointment through Pearson VUE, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program you may select one of the following from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.*

- Customer Service — to schedule over the phone
- Locate a Test Center — to schedule through your local test center
*Each program is different and not all of the above options may be available.
To locate a Pearson VUE test center, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program, simply select “Locate a Test Center” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.
When you schedule a test, you will receive a confirmation letter or email that includes directions. For information about a test center, such as its address, telephone number or directions, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program, simply select “Locate a Test Center” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.
Availability varies from test center to test center. As a general rule, our test centers are open Monday through Friday. The majority of test centers are open in the morning and late afternoon and a handful have opted to stay open on the weekends.
To schedule a test appointment today, you must contact the test center directly, either in person or by telephone.* To locate a Pearson VUE test center near you, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program, simply select “Locate a Test Center” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.
*Some testing programs do not allow same day testing, be sure to check your programs page for more information.
This allows us to ensure that you, the testing program and Pearson VUE are all associating the your testing results to the appropriate profile. The waiting period allows us avoid things like creating duplicate profiles within our database. Many username and password requests are fulfilled instantly and most are processed within a few hours. However, there are instances when additional time is needed to properly create a test taker profile.
A confirmation letter is automatically sent via email after you schedule your test appointment. You may print this email for your receipt. If you did not receive the automated email, please contact Pearson VUE customer service.

*Test appointments scheduled for less than 48 hours from now cannot be rescheduled on the website. Rescheduling policies differ for each program. Please refer to your confirmation email for program specific information before attempting to reschedule your test appointment.
If your appointment is scheduled for less than 48 hours from now, you will need to either call the test center or speak with Pearson VUE customer service. To find a test center’s address and phone number, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program you select “Locate a Test Center” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.*

Once you reschedule a test appointment, your profile is updated immediately. You will receive an email to the address in your profile confirming this change. To verify this change, select your testing program from the test taker services portion of the website. Once you have chosen your testing program select “My Account” from the navigation on the right portion of your screen.
If you have forgotten your password, please fill out your details in the Forgot Password section of our website. Your password will automatically be reset and sent to the email account on record.
If you have forgotten your username, you will need to contact a Pearson VUE agent and he/she will locate this information for you. The Pearson VUE agent will also be able to reset your password at this time.
