3000.1 Exam: The 3000.1 Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Communications exam will remain available until June 21, 2010 for test candidates. This will allow candidates who do not have the opportunity to complete the latest curriculum for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Communications to earn their credential based on the IP Office 5.0 product release.
3000.2 Exam: The 3000.2 Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Communications exam has been released. This exam is based on the latest in IP Office technology.
Programs
Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS®)
The ACS® credentials require passing the Specialist Product Level Elective Exam in the aligned solution area. All Avaya exams are delivered through Pearson VUE test centers. To view available exams pelase select "View Available Tests" in the navigation box to the right.
Avaya Recommendation
Avaya is pleased to recommend two industry standard, vendor neutral exams as a foundational level to proceed with the Avaya Professional Credential Program. The CompTIA Convergence+™ and CTP 2007 exams are a recommended element to provide proof of an individual’s fundamental knowledge and competency in voice data, telephony and networking technologies.

Avaya Certification Program Agreement
When you are at a Pearson VUE® Authorized Test Centers and prior to starting your Avaya Certification exam, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the Avaya Certification Program Agreement. By taking an Avaya certification exam, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
